He also works with businesses in the Southwest assisting them with their group retirement plans and providing consulting services regarding fiduciary protection, investment management, vendor searches and participant education.
Brandon has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds his FINRA Series 65 and Series 66 securities registrations and is also life, accident and health insurance licensed. He holds Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) as well as Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM (CRPS®) designations.
Client relationships are key to Brandon. He says, “I draw on my industry experience to create strong relationships with my clients. I do this by first listening to their needs, concerns and goals, then coordinating with our team of experts to develop a holistic and unique plan designed just for them.”
During his senior year at Baylor, Brandon completed an internship with a national financial services company, and by the time he completed the internship, he knew that being a financial advisor was the career for him. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Brandon went to work for a nationally-recognized mutual fund company where he worked as a regional sales consultant in their defined contribution group. This allowed him to further his knowledge of the financial industry as well as gain deep insight into company-sponsored group retirement plans.
The ability to work with business owners/retirement plan sponsors as well as be a valuable resource to their executives and employees is what initially drew him to join Prime Capital Investment Advisors as a financial advisor in 2012.
“Simply put, I want to be able to help the high-net-worth investor, executive and average employee retire with dignity and on their own terms. Being able to sit down with my clients to help them establish retirement goals, establish savings rates they are comfortable with to help them get there, and helping them determine their risk profile to be comfortable with their investments is a rewarding feeling,” Brandon says.
“Our firm is one of the largest independent RIAs in the country providing our clients with wealth management and financial planning services to help them reach their goals. By working in a collaborative team environment, I am able to help my clients create their own personalized financial plan and investment strategy, no matter how high their net worth,” he says. “My goal and mission is to help every person I meet to become financially successful, no matter what success looks like to them.”
Brandon grew up in Ft. Worth, Texas. He is active and involved in the community by serving on the Dallas Human Resource Management Association (DHRMA) operations board as well as being a volunteer on the greeting committee for the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
